recommendation for online broker

Besides interactive brokers can anyone recommend a good online broker for trading Canadian stocks for a foreigner?

I m an Australian who trade in the ASX with etrade and the NYSE with optionsxpress.

I use www.Questtrade.com as they are the cheapest broker in Canada.
