I'm new to stock trading.  Please help with the following:

IN CANADA: Is it advisable to incorporate my stock trading as a business (for tax purposes)?

And at what annual income level (from trading) should one consider incorporating their stock trading business?  I assume at least over 30k/year?

What kind of incorporation?

If anyone reading this has incorporated their stock trading as a business, do you have a recommended accountant and/or lawyer you can recommend?

Thanks!

You do not have to make it a business as from one point of the view, you don’t sell any products, and you do not have customers, etc to define it as a business. But if you are worried to have some trouble with government taxation, I suggest you to seek advice from a more professional body, as what you have mentioned here, like an accountant or a lawyer. They could provide you with the best answers.
